OBC Bypass Wires
Two bypass wires are supplied for DS (1995–2010) and Precedent (2004–2014) carts.

Temperature Compensation
A built-in sensor adjusts charging voltage to the ambient temperature, from -20 °C to +45 °C.

Seven-Stage Smart Charging
Voltage and current are adjusted throughout the cycle; output stops at full charge and the charger switches to trickle mode, with a 15-hour maximum charging time.

Six-Way Protection
Guards against over-voltage, over-current, reverse polarity, short circuit, no-load and over-temperature, shutting down when overheated and resuming once cooled.

IP67 waterproof and automotive-grade shockproof, with a fan that runs throughout charging to keep the unit cool.

Highlights

Reading the LED
Red/green flashing means waiting or no load, red flashing is below 80%, yellow flashing is above 80%, green flashing is trickle mode, and steady green means fully charged.
Charging Protection
The six protections work together with the cooling fan on top of the housing.
