Extract Through a Probe or Catch From Below, Then Check the Oil
The AUTOOL OD720 recovers used engine oil by air-driven vacuum through extraction wands or by gravity into a height-adjustable catch pan. Extracted oil passes through a glass measuring cup for a quantity and condition check before it goes into the storage tank. Requires a compressed-air supply.
- Vacuum + Gravity Recovery
- 70 L Storage Tank
- 10 L Glass Measuring Cup
- 20 L Catch Pan
- 5 Extraction Wands
Hauptmerkmale
-
Air-Powered Vacuum Extraction
Compressed air drives a vacuum generator that draws oil through the selected wand and hose into the measuring cup or tank.
-
Tempered Glass Measuring Cup
Clear, heat- and corrosion-resistant, with scale marks for judging oil quantity and quality.
-
Thickened Storage Tank
Thickened tank material helps reduce oil and air leakage during recovery.
-
Large, Adjustable Catch Pan
A wide pan on a lifting rod collects drain-plug oil, with height set to suit the lift and vehicle.
-
Wands for Different Inlets
Corrosion-resistant evacuation wands in different diameters for different oil inlets.
-
Mobile, With Level in View
Locking swivel casters and a handle for positioning, an oil-level sight window and a tool tray for small tools.

Anwendung
- AssembleTurn the measuring cup assembly clockwise onto its seat on the tank, fix the lifting rod and pan funnel, and keep the rod vertical.
- Extract through the cupClose the cup valve and hose valve, fit the right wand, connect air to the vacuum generator and set the gauge to the rated negative pressure; insert the wand and open the hose valve.
- Empty the cupWhen oil reaches the warning line, open the cup valve to drain it into the tank.
- Or catch from belowRaise the vehicle, align the pan funnel with the drain hole and remove the drain plug.
- Discharge the tankClose the cup, discharge-pipe and tank inlet valves, connect air to the tank inlet and pressurize; after about 5 seconds open the drain valve slowly, then cut off the air.

Good to Know
Caution
- Do not use with brake fluid, gasoline, diesel, methanol, ketones or other flammable liquids.
- Keep the air supply within the specified pressure range; operating below or above it affects function and safety.
- Keep the engine off throughout, and keep away from smoking, open flames and high-temperature, flammable or explosive areas.
- Oil above 60 °C may damage components. Wear gloves and safety goggles against hot oil and splashes.
- If a hose or component leaks, shut off the air supply immediately and inspect the equipment.
Care
- Release internal pressure and clean the equipment after each use.
- Do not use the lifting rod as a handle when moving the machine; retighten adjustment screws if they loosen.
- Empty the measuring cup into the tank promptly after extraction to protect the cup.
- Dispose of or recycle used oil according to local regulations.
