Vacuum Extraction, Gravity Draining and Tool Storage in One Oil Station
The OD760 pulls used oil through extraction probes with air-driven vacuum or catches it from below in a height-adjustable pan, shows the volume in a glass measuring cup and stores it in the main tank. Drawers keep the supplied 61-piece tool set beside the job. Requires a compressed-air supply.
- 80 L Storage Tank
- 10 L Glass Measuring Cup
- 20 L Catch Pan
- 5 Extraction Probes
- 61-Piece Tool Set
Hauptmerkmale
-
Pneumatic Vacuum Extraction
Compressed air drives a vacuum generator to draw oil through the selected probe, with a press valve and pressure gauge on the control side.
-
Tempered Glass Measuring Cup
Explosion-proof, scale-marked and resistant to heat and corrosion, so you can check the quantity and condition of the drained oil.
-
Large Catch Pan
A wide pan on a lifting rod collects drain-plug oil and helps reduce spills.
-
Thickened Storage Tank
A thickened steel body supports leak-resistant, air-tight operation, with an oil-level sight glass and drain hose.
-
Multi-Layer Drawers
Keep wrenches, screwdrivers, extraction probes and daily maintenance accessories organized in the same mobile station.

Anwendung
- Prepare the air supplyConnect compressed air and inspect hoses, valves, tank level and the chosen recovery path.
- Choose probe or panFit an extraction probe that suits the vehicle access path, or position the catch pan for gravity draining.
- Collect and monitorBuild vacuum or start gravity collection, then watch the measuring cup, tank level and every connection.
- Transfer to the tankClose the recovery path and move collected oil into the storage tank with the machine controls.
- Discharge and ventRoute the outlet to an approved waste container, discharge as instructed and release tank pressure afterward.

Good to Know
Caution
- Do not use with gasoline, diesel, brake fluid, or liquids containing methanol, ketones or other flammables.
- Keep the engine off throughout the operation, and keep away from smoking, open flames and high-temperature or explosive areas.
- Drained oil is hot: wear gloves and safety goggles.
- Release internal pressure after use and before servicing, storing or opening a connection.
- If a leak occurs, shut off the air supply and inspect hoses and components immediately.
Care
- Empty the measuring cup into the storage tank promptly to protect the cup; the cup drain valve does not need closing afterward.
- Do not force, kink or detach a probe on its way into the engine.
- Clean the equipment after each use.
