Hauptmerkmale
-
Spray and Recovery Together
Walnut media is blasted and recovered by vacuum at the same time, reducing scattered media and manual cleanup.
-
Adjustable Pressure
A regulating knob and pressure gauge let you watch and adjust blasting pressure for each intake cleaning task.
-
Standard and Expert Modes
Choose the mode that suits your experience and the job; only one mode is used at a time.
-
Dust Filter Plus HEPA
The filter cartridge and mesh screen separate walnut media from carbon residue; under normal conditions the media can be reused 5–10 times.
-
Adapter Set for Many Port Shapes
The adapters cover multiple intake-port shapes but are not universal for every engine; match and seal the adapter to the target port.
-
Workshop Mobility
A three-section telescoping handle, 360° swivel casters and a storage box keep the machine and its accessories together.

Good to Know
Caution
- An external air compressor is required and not included; it must also supply enough continuous airflow.
- Designed for intake pipes and the backs of intake valves only, not injectors, throttle valves, cylinders or combustion chambers.
- Blast only with the target intake valve fully closed, and remove all visible media before starting the engine; do not rely on it burning away.
- Walnut dust can trigger allergies. Wear eye and respiratory protection, ventilate the area and follow the media supplier’s SDS.
Care
- Use dry, filtered air; moisture can make the media clump or feed unevenly, so a dryer or water separator is recommended.
- Replace the media if it becomes contaminated or clumped, or cleaning performance drops.
