The CT150 combines ultrasonic cleaning with microcomputer-controlled fuel pressure to simulate engine conditions while it cleans and tests car and motorcycle injectors. Motorcycle support is limited to Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki and Sanyang.

An ultrasonic vibration signal is sent to the nozzles through the pulse signal line, shaking loose stubborn carbon on several injectors at the same time.

Checks the uniformity of injection quantity and watches each injector’s spray under backlighting; the same test also serves as a reverse flush.

Microcomputer fuel-pressure control gives a large adjustable range and quickly restores system pressure to its default value.
