Twin-Scissor Lift With an Auxiliary Platform for Alignment Bays
The ATL-4SH combines a main scissor lift with an auxiliary lifting structure for four-wheel alignment, chassis service and general repair. Hydraulic synchronization keeps the platforms stable, backed by hydraulic locks and dual safety devices. It needs a qualified concrete foundation, the matching power version and a compressed-air supply.
- 4,000 kg Main Lift
- 1,850 mm Main Lift Height
- 500 mm Auxiliary Lift Height
- 24 V Control Circuit
Hauptmerkmale
-
Main and Auxiliary Hydraulic Sync
Hydraulic synchronization helps keep the main and auxiliary platforms stable during operation.
-
Precision Cylinders
CNC-lathed cylinders with roller-burnished barrels for concentricity, surface finish and lifting precision.
-
Seals, Valves and Burst Protection
Japanese and Italian seals, Italian ball valves and a hydraulic burst protection system that helps reduce risk if an oil hose or hydraulic circuit fails.
-
Laser-Cut Steel X-Frame
Laser and CNC cutting for precise dimensions and smooth edges, finished with shot blasting and high-temperature spray coating for corrosion resistance.
-
Locks and Controlled Descent
Hydraulic locks and a non-welded triple-tooth safety lock hold the platforms; the locks release automatically during descent.
-
Wear-Resistant Pivots
All pivot points are fitted with wear-resistant bearings, with high-molecular wear-resistant sliders.

Anwendung
- Qualify the siteConfirm the installation drawing, concrete strength and thickness, anchors, ceiling and door clearance, power, air and approach space.
- Inspect before useCheck anchors, platforms, hoses, cylinders, locks and synchronization components before loading a vehicle.
- Position the vehicleCenter it on the platforms and keep doors, tires and bodywork clear of moving parts.
- Set pickup pointsUse the vehicle manufacturer’s approved lift points to match the wheelbase and load distribution.
- Raise and check stabilityLift just enough to take the load, stop and verify contact points and balance, then continue while watching both sides.
- Engage and verify locksConfirm the locks are fully and evenly engaged before anyone works below the vehicle.
- Clear and lowerRemove tools and people, lower through the controlled descent and check the lift after the vehicle exits.
Good to Know
Caution
- The auxiliary lift capacity is separate from, and not additive to, the main lift capacity.
- Install and anchor the lift only on the specified concrete foundation and layout; obtain the installation drawing before site work.
- Confirm the required power version before ordering. Optional platforms and protection devices are present only when included in the ordered configuration.
Care
- Stop use if hoses, cylinders, seals, anchors or synchronization show damage, leakage or abnormal movement.
