Four-Post Alignment Runways With an Auxiliary Lift Trolley
The ATL-4.5F is a 4500 kg four-post lift for wheel alignment and repair bays, driven by a wire-rope electro-hydraulic system with wire-rope breakage protection. An EU-standard auxiliary lifting trolley comes as standard, and the lift is ordered with manual or automatic unlocking.

- Qualify the siteConfirm the installation drawing, concrete, anchors, ceiling and door clearance, power, air and approach space.
- Inspect before useCheck anchors, posts, platforms, hoses, cables, cylinders, locks and synchronization parts.
- Position the vehicleCenter it on the runways, matching wheelbase and load distribution, with doors and bodywork clear of posts.
- Use the trolley correctlyPlace trolley pads only at the vehicle manufacturer’s approved pickup points.
- Raise and checkLift just enough to take the load, verify contact and balance, then continue while watching both sides.
- Set the locksLower onto the mechanical locks and confirm both sides are engaged before anyone works underneath.
- Clear and lowerRemove tools and people, release the locks as designed and lower under control.

Caution
- Install only on a level concrete base more than 500 mm thick, following the model installation drawing.
- Do not exceed the rated load; capacity alone does not prove fit for a given vehicle or load distribution.
- Stop use if hoses, cylinders, cables, seals or anchors show damage, leakage or abnormal movement.
- Keep people, tools and hoses clear of platforms, locks and cables while the lift moves.
