A 4,500 kg Clear-Floor Lift in Standard or Wide Column Spacing
Choose the ATL-4.5D for a standard bay or the ATL-4.5DW for wider column clearance; both use dual-cylinder direct-drive hydraulics with wire-rope synchronization and release both safety locks from one side. A level concrete foundation and adequate ceiling height are required.
- 4,500 kg Capacity
- 95 mm Minimum Height
- Standard / Wide Layout
- One-Side Dual Unlock
- Low-Chassis Arms
Hauptmerkmale
-
Synchronized Direct-Drive Lift
Two hydraulic cylinders push directly while a wire-rope balance system keeps both carriages rising evenly, with no lifting chains.
-
One-Side Dual Unlocking
A single control side releases the locks on both columns at once, so the vehicle cannot tilt from one side unlocking while the other stays locked.
-
Hook-Type Safety Locks
The hook design helps prevent slippage caused by slider wear, and gear-type arm locks hold the support arms in position.
-
Arms for Low Vehicles
Reinforced second and third support arms suit sports cars and ultra-low chassis designs.
-
Precision Hydraulics
Laser-cut steel plates, CNC-machined cylinders with roller-burnished barrels, and Japanese seals for accurate fit and reliable sealing.
-
Wear and Corrosion Resistance
High-molecular wear-resistant sliders reduce friction, and a shot-blasted, high-temperature spray-coated finish resists corrosion.

Anwendung
- Qualify the siteConfirm the lift drawing, concrete strength and thickness, anchors, ceiling and door clearance, power and approach space.
- Inspect before useCheck anchors, columns, arms, pads, hoses, cables, cylinders, locks and synchronization parts.
- Position the vehicleCenter it between the columns with doors, tires and bodywork clear of moving parts.
- Set pickup pointsPlace arms and pads at the manufacturer’s approved lift points for the actual wheelbase and load.
- Raise and checkLift just enough to take the load, verify all contact points and balance, then continue while watching both sides.
- Lock before workingLower onto the mechanical locks and confirm both sides are engaged before anyone goes underneath.
- Clear and lowerRemove tools and people, release the locks, lower under control and check the lift after the vehicle exits.
Good to Know
Caution
- Professional installation is recommended: anchoring, leveling, electrical connection, hydraulic setup, balance adjustment and safety checks must be done correctly.
- Confirm workshop ceiling height and overhead clearance against the lift’s overall height before ordering.
- Confirm the voltage option before ordering. Electronic unlocking, where required, may cost extra.
- Infrared, foot, arm or other optional protection is present only if included in the ordered configuration.
- Stop using the lift if hoses, cylinders, cables, seals, anchors or synchronization show damage, leakage or abnormal movement.
