A 4.5-Ton Two-Post Lift Controlled from One Side
The ATL-4.5C baseplate two-post lift fits lower-ceiling bays. Single-side controls release both column locks, while dual-cylinder direct-drive hydraulics and wire-rope balancing keep the columns synchronized. A qualified concrete foundation and the model installation drawing are required.
- 4,500 kg Rated Capacity
- Single-Side Dual Unlock
- Dual-Cylinder Direct Drive
- Wire-Rope Synchronization
- Gear-Type Arm Locks
Hauptmerkmale
-
Dual-Cylinder Direct Drive
Direct hydraulic push delivers steady power for smooth lifting during repair, maintenance and inspection.
-
Wire-Rope Balancing
Keeps both columns synchronized and helps prevent the vehicle tilting while lifting and lowering.
-
Mechanical Locking
Gear-type arm locks plus a hook-type mechanical safety structure help prevent slippage, even as sliders wear over time.
-
Laser-Cut Steel Structure
Columns and main load-bearing parts are cut from steel plate for precise dimensions, smooth edges and structural stability.
-
Low-Maintenance Sliders and Seals
Polymer wear-resistant sliders reduce noise and wear; imported critical seals help prevent oil leakage.
-
Durable Finish
Sandblasting and high-temperature electrostatic spraying improve coating adhesion, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Anwendung
- Qualify the siteConfirm the lift drawing, concrete strength and thickness, anchors, ceiling and door clearance, power and approach space.
- Inspect before useCheck anchors, columns, arms, pads, hoses, cables, cylinders, locks and synchronization parts.
- Position the vehicleCenter it and keep doors, tires and bodywork clear of the columns and moving parts.
- Set pickup pointsUse the vehicle manufacturer’s approved lift points and match arm and pad placement to the wheelbase and load.
- Raise and checkLift just enough to take the load, stop and verify contact and balance, then continue while watching both sides.
- Engage the locksLower onto the mechanical locks and confirm both sides are engaged before anyone works underneath.
- Clear and lowerRemove tools and people, release the locks as designed and lower under control.
Good to Know
Caution
- Install and anchor only to the specified concrete foundation and layout; get the model installation drawing before site work.
- Do not exceed the rated load; capacity alone does not prove fit for a particular vehicle or load distribution.
- Choose the 380 V or 220 V version to match your workshop supply before ordering.
- Infrared, foot, arm or other optional protection is present only if it is part of the ordered configuration.
- Stop use if hoses, cylinders, cables, seals or anchors show damage, leakage or abnormal movement.
Care
- If a specific regional standard applies, request the declaration and documents for the exact model, voltage and configuration.
