Lift Low-Chassis and Long-Wheelbase Cars from a 110 mm Entry Height
The AUTOOL ATL-3.6SU is a full-rise scissor lift with a low 110 mm entry and expandable guide ramps, so low cars can drive on and longer wheelbases stay supported for chassis inspection, tire, brake and underbody work. It needs a qualified concrete foundation, a matching power supply and a compressed-air source.
- 3,600 kg Capacity
- 110 mm Entry Height
- 1,880 mm Lift Height
- Extendable Ramps
- Dual Synchronized Hydraulics
Hauptmerkmale
-
Layered Safety
Two synchronized hydraulic systems, hydraulic locks and triple mechanical safety devices, with automatic unlocking during descent and a 24 V safety control circuit.
-
Expandable Guide Ramps
The ramps fit a wider range of long-wheelbase vehicles and double as extension plates for added support.
-
Alloy-Steel X-Frame
Laser-cut premium alloy steel for strength and resistance to corrosion and deformation, finished by shot blasting and high-temperature powder coating.
-
Machined Hydraulic Cylinders
Cylinders are turned on automatic CNC lathes and the barrels are roller-burnished for concentricity, sealing and surface quality.
-
Hydraulic Components
Japanese or Italian seals, Italian ball valves and a hose burst protection device.
-
Bearings at Every Pivot
Wear-resistant bearings at all pivot points reduce friction.
Anwendung
- Qualify the siteBefore installation, confirm the lift drawing, concrete strength and thickness, anchors, clearances, power, air and approach space.
- Inspect before useCheck anchors, platforms, hoses, cylinders, locks and synchronization parts before loading a vehicle.
- Position the vehicleCenter it on the platforms and keep doors, tires and bodywork clear of moving parts.
- Set the pickup pointsUse the manufacturer’s approved lift points and match platform and extension placement to the wheelbase.
- Raise and checkLift just enough to take the load, verify contact points and balance, then continue while watching both sides.
- Engage the locksLower onto the mechanical locks and confirm both sides are engaged before anyone goes underneath.
- Clear and lowerRemove tools and people, release the locks as designed and lower under control.
Good to Know
Caution
- Install and anchor only on the specified concrete foundation; installation and operation should be done by qualified personnel.
- Confirm the required power configuration and floor condition before ordering.
- Do not exceed the rated load; capacity alone does not prove fit for a particular vehicle or load distribution.
- Infrared leveling detection and descent foot protection are optional and present only if included in the ordered configuration.
Care
- Keep people, tools and hoses away from the scissor mechanism and pinch zones while the lift moves.
- Stop using the lift if hoses, cylinders, seals, anchors or synchronization show damage, leakage or abnormal movement.
