Clear-Floor Two-Post Lift That Releases Both Columns From One Side
The ATL-4D unlocks both columns from one side and lifts through a chainless dual-cylinder hydraulic drive with steel-cable balancing, for SUVs, vans, pickups and light trucks. It requires qualified installation on a level concrete base.
- Single-Side Dual Unlocking
- Dual-Cylinder Direct Drive
- 1845 mm Max Lift Height
- 105 mm Min Height
- 2.2 kW Motor
Hauptmerkmale
-
Single-Side Lock Release
Operate from one column to release the safety locks on both columns at the same time, reducing the risk of vehicle tilt from unsynchronized unlocking.
-
Chainless Dual-Cylinder Drive
Lifting force goes directly through the hydraulic cylinders, removing chain wear from the drive.
-
Steel-Cable Balancing
A synchronized cable mechanism helps both columns rise evenly.
-
Precision Cylinders and Seals
CNC-machined cylinder components with roller-burnished barrel walls and Japanese/Italian seals.
-
Self-Lubricating Slide Blocks
Polymer composite blocks reduce metal-to-metal friction and noise and simplify maintenance.
-
Mechanical Locking
Rack locking devices work with the electrical system to hold selected lift heights, and a hook-type safety lock helps prevent slippage caused by slider wear.
-
Durable Steel Structure
Laser-cut steel plate and steel tubing, finished with shot blasting and high-temperature coating.

Anwendung
- Qualify the siteConfirm the lift drawing, concrete strength and thickness, anchors, ceiling and door clearance, power and approach space.
- Inspect before useCheck anchors, columns, arms, pads, hoses, cables, cylinders, locks and synchronization components.
- Position the vehicleCenter it between the columns and keep doors and bodywork clear of moving parts.
- Set pickup pointsPlace arms and pads at the vehicle manufacturer’s approved lift points for the actual wheelbase and load.
- Raise and check stabilityLift just enough to take the load, stop and verify contact points and balance, then continue while watching both sides.
- Engage and verify locksLower onto the mechanical locks and confirm both sides are engaged before working below.
- Clear and lowerRemove tools and people, raise to release the locks, lower under control and check the lift after the vehicle exits.
Good to Know
Caution
- Confirm the rated capacity on the unit nameplate before ordering or loading, and do not exceed it.
- Use the technical drawing to confirm floor size, ceiling height, column spacing, arm swing clearance and foundation before installation; installation and a safety inspection must be done by qualified personnel.
- Optional lifting arms and electronic unlocking are present only when confirmed for the ordered configuration.
Care
- Stop use if hoses, cylinders, cables, seals, anchors or synchronization show damage, leakage or abnormal movement.
