More Door-Opening Room With Asymmetric Columns and One-Side Unlocking
The ATL-4.5DA two-post lift uses an asymmetric layout for a wider door-opening angle, chain-free direct hydraulic drive and one-side operation that releases both column locks together. It must be installed by qualified personnel on a suitable level concrete foundation.
- 4,500 kg Rated Capacity
- Asymmetric Layout
- Chain-Free Direct Drive
- One-Side Dual Unlock
- Three-Stage Screw Pads
Hauptmerkmale
-
Asymmetric Structure
A larger door-opening angle, smaller footprint and easier vehicle entry and exit for busy bays.
-
Direct-Drive Hydraulics
No chains, so there is no chain breakage, derailment or long-term chain maintenance.
-
One-Side Synchronized Unlocking
Release both column locks from one side, reducing walking and avoiding the vehicle tilt that unlocking only one side can cause.
-
Hook-Type Safety Lock
Helps prevent the slippage that slider wear can cause during lifting.
-
Low-Chassis Support Arms
Reinforced second- and third-stage arms are designed for sports cars and ultra-low-chassis vehicles.
-
Adjustable Contact Height
Three-stage screw pads and height adjustment sleeves suit different vehicle pickup points.
-
Heavy Steel Construction
A longer, heavier reinforced carriage, solid steel plates and 16 mm thickened steel plates add rigidity and load-bearing capacity.
-
Ratchet and Arm Locking
Tightly fitted safety ratchets on high-precision support arms keep positioning accurate and locking reliable.
Anwendung
- Qualify the siteConfirm the lift drawing, concrete strength and thickness, anchors, ceiling and door clearance, power and approach space.
- Inspect before useCheck anchors, columns, arms, pads, hoses, cylinders, locks and synchronization parts before loading a vehicle.
- Position the vehicleCenter it within the lift geometry, keeping doors, tires and bodywork clear of columns and moving parts.
- Set pickup pointsUse the vehicle manufacturer’s approved lift points and match arm and pad placement to the wheelbase and load.
- Raise and checkLift just enough to take the load, stop to verify contact points and balance, then continue while watching both sides.
- Engage the locksLower onto the mechanical locks and confirm both sides are engaged before anyone works underneath.
- Clear and lowerRemove tools and people, release the locks as designed and lower under controlled descent.
Good to Know
Caution
- Do not exceed the rated load; capacity alone does not prove fit for a particular vehicle or load distribution.
- Confirm workshop height, floor space, foundation, voltage, phase and local electrical installation before ordering, and obtain the installation drawing before site work.
- Infrared, foot, arm or other optional protection is present only when included in the ordered configuration.
Care
- Stop using the lift if hoses, cylinders, cables, seals, anchors or synchronization show damage, leakage or abnormal movement.
- Keep people, tools and hoses away from arms, pads, locks and other moving parts during movement.
