One-Person Pulsating Brake Fluid Exchange with Gauge-Controlled Pressure
The AUTOOL AST605 pushes fresh DOT3, DOT4 or DOT5.1 fluid into the reservoir in pulses while used fluid drains at one caliper at a time into its recovery bottle, so one technician can do the job without pumping the pedal. Three reservoir adapters are supplied; special reservoir designs need checking before ordering.

Anwendung
- Prime before first useFill and bleed the machine’s fluid line with brake fluid so no air reaches the vehicle.
- Raise the vehicleLift it safely so the caliper area is accessible; the engine does not need to run.
- Set up the fresh-fluid sidePlace the suction and pressure-balancing hoses in the new brake fluid bottle.
- Connect the reservoirFit the matching adapter and filling hose to the reservoir and check every connection for leaks.
- Connect the recovery bottleAttach the used-fluid bottle to the bleed screw and loosen the screw.
- Start and monitorSwitch on, long-press START, set pressure on the gauge and watch the fluid levels.
- Empty after serviceDrain all used fluid from the machine; leaving it in can damage the pump.

Caution
- The factory reference working pressure is about 1-1.5 bar. Excessive pressure may damage the master cylinder or other brake parts; raise pressure gradually.
- Use only the brake fluid type specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
- Order the voltage version that matches your workshop supply and check the unit label before connecting.

- Inspect hoses for damage and keep the fresh-fluid filler port clean.

Which adapters are included?
Three types, for example #1 for many European, American and Asian brands, #6 for Toyota and #16 for Tesla.
Can it service four wheels at the same time?
No. The AST605 works on one caliper at a time; the AST609 and AST612 handle two, and the AST618 four.
