Clean and Compare Six Injectors Under Matched Low-Pressure Conditions
The CT500 ultrasonically cleans compatible gasoline, EFI, FSI and selected GDI injectors, then compares up to six for spray, leakage, collected volume and response. Selectable drive voltage, fine pulse-width steps and electronic pressure control keep tests repeatable. It is a low-pressure comparison bench, not a high-pressure calibration tool.
- 6 Injector Positions

- Unheated 70 W Ultrasonic
Hauptmerkmale
-
Selectable Drive Voltage
Choose 12 V, 70 V or 120 V to match the injector type and its documented drive requirement.
-
Cleaning and Test Functions
Ultrasonic cleaning, reverse flushing where the feed design allows, on-vehicle cleaning with optional special adapters, leakage, spray and collected-volume checks, and preset operating cycles.
-
Pulse, Wide-Pulse and Continuous Modes
Compare injector response and atomization across more command conditions while keeping pressure, fluid and time the same.
-
Six-Position Side-by-Side Testing
Mount up to six injectors and compare them under one setup; plugs seal unused positions for smaller groups.
-
Color Display and Electronic Pressure Control
Set pressure, speed, pulse width, pulse count and time from a color interface.
-
Dual Drain Control
Two valves handle fluid discharge and recovery; the bench uses one built-in fuel pump.
-
Oil Baffle and Storage Drawer
An oil-baffle design, and a labeled drawer that keeps adapters, plugs, cables, fittings and seals next to the machine.

Anwendung
- Identify the injectorRecord the part number and confirm technology, connector, feed direction, seals and drive requirement.
- Select adapter and voltageIf the drive setting is uncertain, start at 12 V and step up to 70 V, then 120 V, until the injector operates correctly.
- Add cleaning fluidFill the ultrasonic tank to the operating level with an approved cleaning fluid; never run it dry.
- Run ultrasonic cleaningSecure the injectors, connect the pulse leads and run the selected cleaning cycle.
- Mount and sealInstall up to six injectors with correct fittings and seals, and plug every unused position before applying pressure.
- Set test parametersAdd approved non-corrosive test fluid, then set pressure, speed, pulse width, pulse count, time, voltage and function.
- Compare and repeatRun the checks under identical conditions, swap channels when needed, repeat after cleaning and recover fluids with the drain controls.
Good to Know
Caution
- Diesel injectors may be ultrasonically cleaned where their procedure permits, but the CT500 cannot test them.
- GDI injectors are compared at low bench pressure only; rail-pressure characterization, calibration or coding needs dedicated equipment.
- Do not leave an injector at an incorrect high drive voltage for a long time.
- Do not use gasoline or cleaning solution in the test circuit, and never mix cleaning and test fluids.
- The ultrasonic tank is unheated; choose a heated model if the approved cleaning process requires heat.
Care
- If one cylinder collects less, check seals, rail and pressure, swap channels and repeat before judging the injector.
- Replace required seals after cleaning and verify the result on the vehicle.
