Wheel Balancing for Standard and Extra-Wide Rims
The AUTOOL TWB203 (enhanced, dynamic type) and TWB205 (intelligent precision) are passenger-car wheel balancers built around an ARM microprocessor and a thickened, lengthened main shaft with a 40 mm thread for extra-wide rims. The TWB205 adds automatic measurement, laser weight positioning and weight-reduction functions.
- 40 mm Threaded Shaft
- ARM Microprocessor
- OPT / SPO (TWB205)
- 2D Auto Measurement (TWB205)
- Laser Indicators (TWB205)
Hauptmerkmale
-
Multiple Balancing Modes
The TWB203 dynamic balancer offers several balancing modes, and its control board runs a self-check.
-
Heat-Treated Main Shaft
The shaft is heat treated for precision and strength; its 40 mm lead screw supports extra-wide rims.
-
Low-Maintenance Electronics
The ARM-based control system is designed for easy maintenance and low repair costs, with a digital tube display and keypad.
-
OPT and SPO (TWB205)
OPT finds the optimal tire-to-rim combination to reduce the weight needed; SPO splits the correction weight to hide it behind the spokes.
-
2D Measurement and Lasers (TWB205)
Distance, diameter and width are measured and entered automatically, and upper and lower laser indicators show where to place the weight.
-
Foot Brake (TWB205)
A cast-iron foot brake locks the wheel at the imbalance point.
-
Weight Tray and Calibration Slot
A platform for cutting and fitting lead weights, with a storage slot for the 100 g calibration weight so it is not misplaced.
-
Wheel Guard
Fitted with a tire protection cover; an external sonar measuring ruler is available as an option.
