Handling time + transit time

Delivery time is order handling time plus carrier transit time.

Handling time runs from payment confirmation until the parcel is handed to the carrier. Transit time starts when the carrier receives the parcel and ends when it is delivered. A fastest transit time of 1 business day refers only to the carrier leg after shipment; it does not mean every order arrives within 1 business day in total.

Policy detail

Order Handling Time

Orders are handled within 1-3 business days after payment is received and the order is ready to process. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays that affect the warehouse or carrier concerned.

Our daily order cutoff is 14:00 CST (UTC+8). Orders placed after the cutoff may be processed on the next business day.

Where same-day handover to the carrier is possible for a local-stock item, the product page, cart, checkout or shipping service may show a quicker estimate. Otherwise the standard handling time of 1-3 business days applies.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = handling time + transit time. Transit time only begins once the parcel is with the carrier. The shipping methods, charges and estimates available to you depend on the product, destination, stock location, parcel size and checkout configuration.

For example, a local-stock item with 1-3 business days of handling and 1-10 business days of transit has an estimated total delivery time of 2-13 business days.

Checkout uses short labels such as Free Shipping, Standard Shipping or Large Item Ocean Freight. The label you see before payment reflects the product, destination, stock location, parcel size and any freight requirement.

Local Stock and Fastest Transit Time

Local-stock items shipped from our warehouses in the US, UK and Germany usually take 1-10 business days in transit after shipment, depending on the delivery address and carrier service.

The fastest estimate of 1 business day describes transit after the parcel is handed to the carrier. It is not a guaranteed total delivery time for every order.

International Air Freight

Air-freight orders shipped from Shenzhen or another cross-border warehouse usually take 3-10 business days in transit after shipment, giving an estimated total delivery time of 4-13 business days once handling time is added.

Oversized, Freight and Ocean Shipping

Local oversized or freight items usually take 3-15 business days in transit, with an estimated total delivery time of 4-18 business days.

International ocean freight and heavy-item delivery usually takes 30-50 business days in transit, with an estimated total delivery time of 31-53 business days.

Lifts, tire changers, wheel aligners and other heavy or special-handling equipment may need freight or ocean shipping. These products can have longer transit windows, require a delivery appointment or carry other delivery conditions.

If a product needs oversized freight or ocean freight, please check the product page, cart and checkout carefully before paying. Ocean-freight products are labelled Large Item Ocean Freight at checkout.

Shipping Charges and Free Standard Shipping

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Eligible retail orders with a product subtotal of USD 59 or more qualify for free standard shipping where checkout offers that option.

The USD 59 threshold is based on the product subtotal after discounts and before taxes, duties and shipping. Some destinations, remote areas, oversized or ocean-freight items and B2B quote orders may follow different rules, which are shown before payment.

The standard free-shipping threshold does not automatically apply to oversized freight or ocean-freight products unless checkout shows it.

Duties, VAT, Customs and Brokerage Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees or similar charges set by the destination country or carrier.

If such charges are shown at checkout, please review them before paying. If they are charged separately by customs, the carrier or a broker, the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Tracking Information

Tracking usually becomes active within 24-72 hours after shipment. If there has been no tracking update for 5 business days after activation, contact support@autoboss.com with your order number and tracking number.

International tracking can pause while a parcel moves between countries, waits for customs or is handed to a last-mile delivery network. You can check your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Tracking Shows Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around the delivery address, with neighbours, building reception or a mailroom, and any carrier pickup point named in the tracking details. Some carriers mark a parcel as delivered shortly before it actually arrives.

If the parcel still has not appeared after one business day, contact support@autoboss.com with your order number and tracking number. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Carriers may ask the recipient for a signed statement, and the outcome depends on the carrier’s findings.

Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items

Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. If the outer packaging is clearly damaged, take photos before opening it and, where possible, note the damage with the carrier at delivery.

If a product is damaged in transit, an item is missing or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, photos of the outer box, the inner packaging and the product, and the shipping label. Carriers set their own claim deadlines, so reporting early helps us resolve the case. Keep all packaging until the case is closed. Approved cases are handled as described in the Return & Refund Policy, and you will not pay return shipping for transit damage or our error.

Split Shipments and Multiple Packages

Orders with several items may ship in separate parcels when products are stored in different warehouses or need different shipping methods. A split order may have more than one tracking number.

Address Changes and Failed Delivery

If you need to change the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible before the order ships. Once the parcel is with the carrier, we cannot guarantee an address change.

If a parcel is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to collect, or refusal to pay required import charges, the customer may be responsible for the actual costs that result.
