Clean and Test Four Fuel Injectors at Once
The V308 cleans fuel injectors in a heated ultrasonic bath and tests them on a four-cylinder flow bench, for gasoline car, motorcycle and boat injectors. Diesel injectors can be cleaned but not tested.
- 1 Cleaning + 9 Tests
- 4 Injectors
- 0–7500 r/min
- Heated Ultrasonic Bath
- Aluminum Alloy
Key Features
-
Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning
The tank heats the cleaning fluid to remove carbon deposits faster and improve the cleaning effect on injectors.
-
Nine Test Functions
Idling, medium speed, high speed, accelerating and shifting speed tests, a leak checking test, and idling, medium-speed and high-speed spray value tests.
-
Real-Time Monitoring
An LED display, pressure gauge, graduated glass tubes, liquid level gauge and control panel show what is happening during each test.
-
Easy Fluid Recovery
Drain valves let you recover used cleaning fluid and testing fluid after use.
-
Short-Circuit Protection
If the machine short-circuits, the internal fuse trips and shuts it down to prevent electric shock.
-
Aluminum Alloy Build
Lightweight and strong, with good airtightness and corrosion resistance.
Highlights

Control Panel
Working parameter display and adjustment, start/pause/stop, function selection and pressure adjustment.

Built-In Gauges
Watch working pressure, injector test status in the graduated tubes and the amount of test fluid left.

Drain Valves
Separate valves drain the cleaning agent and the testing agent for recovery.

Clean, Then Test
Ultrasonic cleaning with the pulse signal wire connected, then leak and blockage tests on the fuel distributor.

How to Use
- Clean the exteriorClean the outside of the injectors, place them in the ultrasonic bath and keep the cleaning fluid below the pulse line connection port.
- Run ultrasonic cleaningStart the ultrasonic system to dislodge buildup inside the injectors, then recover the remaining cleaning fluid.
- Mount and checkFix the injectors on the main machine to test for resistance, shorts and current draw, and fill the glass tubes halfway with test liquid.
- Test on the flow benchRun the leak, spray pattern and flow rate tests, then retest all functions.

Good to Know
Caution
- Do not start the ultrasonic cleaner before adding the cleaning fluid, as this may cause damage.
- Never put the pulse signal cable or its connector into the cleaning fluid.
- Do not run the ultrasonic cleaner continuously for more than 30 minutes, as this shortens its life.
- Do not use corrosive fluids for testing.
Care
- Medical alcohol or paraffin can be used as test fluid; if the machine will sit unused for a long time, recover the test fluid after testing.
- Add only enough cleaning fluid to soak the injector needles.
- Unplug the machine when not in use.
