One-Person Brake Fluid Exchange at Two Wheels at Once
The AST609 feeds fresh fluid into the reservoir under pulsating pressure while used fluid drains at two wheel positions together, with standard and fast pressure modes and seven reservoir adapter types. Use only the DOT fluid and bleeding sequence specified for the vehicle.
- Two Wheels at Once
- Standard + Fast Modes
- 7 Reservoir Adapters
- DOT3 / DOT4 / DOT5.1
- 12 V or Mains Power
Key Features
-
Two-Wheel, One-Person Service
With the correct setup, fluid is exchanged at two wheels simultaneously, reducing repeated manual bleeding work.
-
Standard and Fast Pressure Modes
Select the mode before starting, then monitor and control working pressure with the front gauge and adjustment knob.
-
Used Fluid Recovery
Used brake fluid is collected during service to keep the work area cleaner.
-
Air-Inlet Water Separation Filter
Helps remove moisture before air mixes with the fluid path.
-
Low-Fluid Protection
Reduces the risk of running the machine without enough fluid in the supply bottle.
-
Organized, Portable Body
Carry handle, filling-hose hook, pressure gauge, indicators, fuse, power interface and a bracket for the graduated, corrosion-resistant 1 L filling bottle.

How to Use
- Set up the machinePlace it firmly on a flat surface, with the filling hose free of tension when the vehicle is lifted.
- Fill the new-fluid bottlePour in fresh brake fluid and insert the suction and pressure-balance hoses to the bottom of the bottle.
- Empty air before first useRun fluid through the adapter into the recovery bottle until the machine line is free of air.
- Connect the reservoir adapterFit the matching adapter to the reservoir and check that it seals securely.
- Connect the recovery bottleAttach it at the caliper following the vehicle manufacturer’s bleeding sequence.
- Start the exchangeConnect power, select the pressure mode, press start and wait until clean fluid flows steadily without air bubbles.

Good to Know
Caution
- Use only DOT3, DOT4 or DOT5.1 brake fluid; other liquids may damage the machine.
- Air-emptying is required before first use so air does not enter the vehicle brake system.
- Excessive pressure may damage the brake master cylinder or seals; the regulator leaves the factory set at around 1–1.5 bar.
- Brake fluid is toxic. Wear safety goggles and protective gloves and avoid skin and eye contact.
- Confirm the adapter fits the vehicle reservoir and the power version, plug and cable before ordering.
Care
- Check every connection for leaks and the hoses for damage before each service.
- Disconnect power before inspection, service or cleaning, and do not operate in damp or humid conditions.
