Clean and Test Six Injectors Side by Side
The CT500 combines ultrasonic cleaning with microcomputer-controlled testing on a closed-loop fuel pressure system, so you can clean and compare up to six GDI, EFI, FSI or conventional injectors at once. It also supports non-disassembly cleaning of injectors and the fuel supply system.
- 6 Cylinders at Once
- 12 V / 70 V / 120 V Drive
- Up to 70 W Ultrasonic
- TFT Color Display
Key Features
-
Six-Cylinder Comparison
Clean and test six injectors together and compare their performance for diagnosis.
-
Direct-Injection Ready
Cleans and tests GDI injectors, including those from Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche and Ford direct-injection engines, with a drive voltage selected for each injector type.
-
Ultrasonic Cleaning
A cooling fan and thermal protection device support the ultrasonic cleaning bath.
-
Stable, Adjustable Pressure
Electronic pressure regulation keeps fuel pressure stable across a wide adjustable range, with a pressure gauge on the panel for real-time monitoring.
-
Three Injector Tests
Observe spray atomization, check sealing and leakage under high pressure, and measure the injected volume under set operating parameters.
-
Two Drain Valves
Separate valves drain liquid and recover test fluid for reuse; the tank level is visible.
-
Organized Control Panel and Drawer
Function, voltage and pressure buttons sit beside the display, and a bottom drawer with labeled compartments stores connectors and accessories.
