Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning for Small Parts on the Bench
The CT80 uses ultrasonic cavitation in a compact stainless steel bath to lift dirt, grease, carbon deposits and residue from immersed surfaces, gaps and small features, with heat and a timer you set for each part and liquid. It cleans injectors as parts but does not test them.
- 1.6 L Tank
- 40 kHz / 60 W
- Heating Up to 50°C
- 0–40 Minute Timer
- Cleaning Stand Included
Key Features
-
Cavitation Cleaning
Ultrasound forms tiny bubbles in the cleaning liquid; their collapse produces local cleaning action around immersed surfaces and small features.
-
Optional Heating
Warm the liquid when both the part and the liquid allow it; heat supports cleaning but does not replace the right liquid.
-
Adjustable Cycle Time
Set the duration to the part’s condition instead of using one fixed cycle for everything.
-
Stainless Steel Tank
Resists corrosion and heat with compatible liquids within the rated temperature range.
-
Handles and Stable Feet
Stainless steel handles for lifting and anti-slip rubber feet to keep the unit steady while running.

Good to Know
Caution
- Never run ultrasonic cleaning with an empty tank.
- Choose the 110 V or 220 V version to match your local power before ordering.
- Tank capacity is not the maximum usable part size; check the part’s actual dimensions with room for the stand and liquid.
- Clean a circuit board only when it is unpowered and suitable for liquid ultrasonic cleaning, and dry it completely afterward.
- The CT80 does not test spray pattern, leakage, flow or pressure on injectors.
Care
- Check delicate finishes, jewelry, seals, coatings and adhesives before immersion.
