Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning for Larger Loads, Drained Without Tipping
The CT85 cleans compatible immersible parts in a 10 L stainless tank with four 40 kHz transducers, adjustable heat and separate cleaning and heating timers, then empties through a drain ball valve. It cleans injector parts but does not test injector performance.
- 10 L Tank + Basket
- 4 × 40 kHz Transducers
- Normal / Degassing Modes
- 10–60°C Heating
- Drain Without Tipping
Key Features
-
Four Transducers
Cavitation through the fluid helps loosen grease, carbon deposits, rust, dirt and residue on immersed surfaces.
-
Reaches Holes and Crevices
Because cleaning happens in the surrounding liquid, it can act in blind holes, deep holes, narrow crevices and multi-sided parts that are hard to brush.
-
Normal and Degassing & Variable-Frequency Modes
Use Normal mode for routine cleaning; switch to degassing and frequency sweep for fresh fluid or loads that need it, even during operation.
-
Heat and Time Set Separately
Set temperature and heating time, then the ultrasonic cycle; a buzzer sounds at set temperature and when cleaning stops automatically.
-
Drain Ball Valve
Empty used fluid through the valve instead of lifting or tilting a filled tank.
-
Mixed Loads
Several compatible parts can share a load in the included basket, chosen by basket clearance and fluid access rather than a fixed count.

Good to Know
Caution
- Never run the ultrasonic system or heater with an empty tank.
- Keep the drain valve fully closed while filling, heating and cleaning.
- Order the 110 V or 220 V version that matches your power supply; the unit does not switch automatically.
- Confirm the fluid suits the part, tank, basket, seals and drain system; plated, fragile or mixed-material items, sensors and circuit boards need a compatibility check first.
Care
- Stop if you notice abnormal sound, leakage, overheating or electrical behavior.
- Do not lift or tilt a filled tank to bypass the valve.
