Test and Compare Eight Injectors on Two Independent Rails
The FN608 runs up to eight compatible standard gasoline, EFI, FSI and selected GDI injectors at once, with two independent pumps feeding separate rails and a standalone heated ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning before retesting. Its 0.8 MPa maximum is for comparative bench testing, not full high-pressure GDI conditions.
- 8 Positions / 2 Pumps
- 12 V / 12–70 V / 120–180 V Drive
- 0–40 ms Pulse, 0.1 ms Steps
- Standalone Heated Ultrasonic
- 3 Cleaning + 12 Tests
Key Features
-
Eight-Injector Comparison
Matched spray, leakage and delivery comparison across eight transparent cylinders under the same settings.
-
Twin Independent Fuel Pumps
Each pump supplies its own rail. A shared difference across one rail points to a pump, pressure or fixture issue rather than the injectors.
-
Selectable Drive Ranges
Three drive ranges match supported injector types, with pulse width, simulated speed and injection count set from the panel.
-
Three Cleaning Methods
Heated ultrasonic cleaning, reverse flushing for suitable top-feed injectors, and no-disassembly cleaning with optional special adapters.
-
Twelve Test Functions
Covering speed conditions, acceleration, variable speed, sealing, sprayability, injection shape and flow balance.
-
GDI Self-Protection
A self-protection function supports compatible GDI test setups.

How to Use
- Qualify the injector setRecord part numbers and confirm drive range, feed style, adapters, seals and permitted cleaning method.
- Prepare fluids and railsLoad approved ultrasonic fluid and suitable non-corrosive test fluid; inspect both pump circuits and fixtures.
- Install and sealFit injectors securely and handle every unused position as the manual describes.
- Capture a baselineRun one test and record rail, voltage, pressure, pulse, speed, time and cylinder result for each injector.
- CleanUse heated ultrasonic, suitable top-feed reverse flush or optional no-disassembly cleaning.
- Retest the same wayRepeat the baseline settings and compare each injector with its earlier result and the matched set.
- Record actionsSeparate injector findings from pump or rail faults, then document service or replacement.

Good to Know
Caution
- Match each injector’s part number, electrical drive, feed style, adapter and seals before energizing.
- Never run the ultrasonic unit dry; fill it to the manual’s level before heating or sonic operation.
- Ventilate the area, wear eye protection and keep fluids away from flames, sparks and hot surfaces.
- Stop the machine and release pressure before opening a rail, hose or fixture.
- No-disassembly cleaning requires special adapters.
Care
- Use cleaning fluid only in the ultrasonic unit and non-corrosive test fluid only in the test circuit.
- Use the cylinders for group and before/after comparison unless a calibration and approved limits are available.
