Recover, Recycle, Flush and Recharge R134a From One Guided Station
The LM806 runs a configured R134a sequence — recovery, recycling, evacuation and recharge — once the technician confirms the refrigerant and enters verified values, and adds line flushing and printed service records. R134a only; there is no built-in refrigerant identifier.
- R134a Only
- >350 g/min Recovery
- >800 g/min Charging
- 4 Electronic Scales
- Line Flushing
Key Features
-
Four-Stage Refrigerant Processing
Separates used oil, filters and dries recovered refrigerant, manages non-condensable gas and stores the processed R134a in the working tank.
-
Separate Fluid Scales
The working tank, PAG oil, POE oil and used oil are weighed at their own positions; the stated accuracies are scale specifications, not whole-machine accuracy.
-
PAG and POE Oil Paths
Two new-oil positions plus used-oil measurement support vehicle-specific oil handling, including compatible hybrid and EV work.
-
Line Flushing Without Disassembly
Circulates R134a through permitted A/C lines; remove, bypass or replace excluded components as the OEM procedure requires.
-
Vehicle Data and Service Records
The editable database gives a starting point for charge values; enter VIN and job details and print the operation record.
-
Pressure Review
High- and low-side pressures are shown for connection checks and post-service review.
-
Serviceable Design
Rear service access for maintenance; filter and vacuum-pump oil service are prompted by the machine.

How to Use
- Confirm R134a and scopeIdentify the refrigerant, isolate contamination and get the vehicle charge, oil and permitted-flushing procedure.
- Inspect the stationKeep the unit level, check scales, containers, tank and hoses, and use grounded power matching the nameplate.
- Connect the couplersClean the service ports, secure the high/low couplers and keep hoses away from hot or moving parts.
- Verify vehicle dataUse the database as a starting point, then confirm refrigerant mass, oil type and quantity from the vehicle or OEM source.
- Recover and account for oilRecover R134a into the working tank and record the oil removed.
- Evacuate and holdEvacuate after recovery; stop and diagnose the connection or system if the vacuum-hold check fails.
- Flush, add oil and rechargeFlush only permitted lines, then add the measured OEM-specified oil and R134a charge.
- Verify and disconnectReview pressures and cooling, print the record and close the couplers before disconnecting.

Good to Know
Caution
- Never connect the LM806 to R1234yf, mixed, unidentified or any other refrigerant, and never route contaminated refrigerant into the working tank.
- Never fill the tank beyond 80% of its effective capacity.
- Use grounded power matching the nameplate, avoid extension cords and disconnect power before maintenance.
- Do not use compressed air in the refrigerant circuit for leak testing.
- Wear eye protection and rubber gloves, and provide mechanical ventilation of at least four air changes per hour.
- On hybrid and electric vehicles, follow the exact OEM oil requirement and every high-voltage safety step.
Care
- At first setup, remove the transport restraints, keep the scales unobstructed and zero only an empty tank.
- Replace the drying filter at its service-life prompt.
- Replace vacuum-pump oil after 600 operating minutes, or sooner if it is visibly degraded.
- Stay with the machine during the cycle and verify the final result; only qualified personnel should operate it.
