Find Intake, EVAP and Exhaust Leaks With Visible Smoke and a Built-In Air Pump
The T105 heats test oil into smoke and pushes it through the system under test with its own air pump, so no external air supply is needed. A pressure gauge and flow meter show what goes in, the smoke flow is adjustable, and it runs from a 12 V vehicle battery.
- Built-In Air Pump
- Smoke Within 10 Seconds
- Pressure Gauge + Flow Meter
- Adjustable Smoke Flow
- Overheat Shutoff
Key Features
-
Air Mode and Smoke Mode
The built-in air pump and smoke generator work without a separate air machine, which suits mobile repair.
-
Fast Smoke Output
Smoke starts within 10 seconds of switch-on, and the pipe under test fills with smoke in about 30 seconds.
-
Gauge, Flow Meter and Control Valve
The pressure gauge shows the current pressure, and the smoke flow control valve sets how much smoke comes out.
-
Multiple System Tests
Tightness, intake, crankcase, EVAP, turbo, exhaust and cooling system tests, with an assortment of adapters for different pipe systems.
-
Overheat and Anti-Frost Protection
A smart protector cuts power automatically if the unit exceeds its working limit, such as above 75°C.
-
Practical Details
A hook to hang the unit during testing, an anti-scald oil filler knob, a work indicator, and an outlet to drain and recycle leftover oil.

Good to Know
Caution
- Connect only to a 12 V battery; excessive current will damage the machine.
- Do not overfill the test oil, or there will not be enough space inside to produce smoke.
- Do not run the detector for more than 8 minutes continuously; let it rest between runs. If the protector shuts it off, wait before operating again.
- The round part of the unit gets hot; take care to avoid burns.
- Keep smoke away from smoke-sensitive parts during testing.
Care
- Add fresh oil only when the smoke gets thin.
- Pour out the old oil before refilling, and replace the oil regularly.
