Dry Ice Cleaning With Inlet and Outlet Pressure in View
The HTS828 blasts 3 mm dry ice pellets from a 7.5 kg hopper and shows inlet supply and outlet working pressure on two separate gauges, so you can adjust ice delivery from 0 to 3.2 kg/min against a stable reading. It runs on an external dry-air compressor, which is not included.
- Dual Pressure Gauges
- 0–3.2 kg/min Ice Feed
- 7.5 kg Hopper
- Oil-Water Separator
Key Features
-
Dual Pressure Monitoring
Inlet supply and outlet working pressure are shown separately while you check blasting stability.
-
Adjustable Dry Ice Feed
Delivery adjusts from 0 to 3.2 kg/min; increase gradually to find a tested setting for each surface and task.
-
Moisture and Clumping Control
A large oil-water separator and spiral feed help reduce wet-air clumping and line blockage.
-
Mobile Workshop Layout
Metal housing, emergency stop, gun holder, handle and casters for moving between bays.
-
No Blasting Media Left Behind
Pellets sublimate, so there is no solid media to clean up — only the carbon, oil and debris removed from the part.
HTS828 vs HTS818

How to Use
- Verify the setupConfirm external air above 1–2 m³/min within 0.3–1.0 MPa, correct power, 3 mm pellets and ventilation.
- Inspect air treatment and connectionsCheck the separator, hoses, gun, ground and emergency stop; purge moisture.
- Load fresh dry iceAdd 3 mm pellets and keep foreign material out of the hopper.
- Test with low settingsWatch both gauges on a suitable test area before increasing pressure or feed.
- Clean and collect debrisKeep output stable and contain the loosened contamination.
- Clear, isolate and inspectSet feed to zero, clear the path as the manual describes, disconnect air and power, then inspect hoses and nozzles.

Good to Know
Caution
- Air compressor and dry ice are not included. Verify more than 1–2 m³/min at working pressure, dry air, and hose and fitting capacity.
- CO₂, cold and noise: ventilate the area and wear gloves, goggles, hearing protection, protective clothing and closed-toe shoes.
- Test a small area first around sensors, coatings, plastics, rubber and aged surfaces.
- Connect only to a grounded supply of the correct regional voltage.
Care
- The gauges are monitoring tools; they do not replace surface tests, the vehicle procedure or operator control.
- Plan how removed carbon, oil and debris will be collected.
FAQ
What air supply does the HTS828 require?
0.3–1.0 MPa and more than 1–2 m³/min; normal operation begins from 4 bar. Confirm the actual dynamic output of your compressor.
What do the two gauges show?
Inlet air pressure and outlet working pressure, displayed separately.
What dry ice does it use?
3 mm pellets, loaded into the 7.5 kg hopper.
Does dry ice cleaning remove all cleanup?
No. No solid media remains, but the removed contamination still needs collecting and the CO₂ requires ventilation.
Is it safe for every sensor or coating?
No. Use conservative, tested settings and confirm the material or coating is suitable first.
