Walnut-Blast Intake Ports With 23 Adapter Shapes and Powered Recovery
The WD716 drives walnut media with compressed air to clean accessible intake ports and intake valves while powered suction and filtration collect the residue. It needs an external compressor, and every adapter must be matched and sealed to the exact engine port.

- Powered Suction Recovery
Key Features
-
Wide Adapter Coverage
Twenty-three adapter sizes cover varied intake-port shapes; confirm fit and seal on the engine before blasting.
-
Blast and Recover Together
External air drives the walnut media while powered suction pulls loosened carbon and media back through the filter.
-
Compact Mobile Body
Media handling and recovery share one 10 L body for a compact workshop setup.
-
Regional Power Versions
Order the 1000 W 110 V or 1400 W 220 V unit to suit the workshop supply.
-
Air Purge Before and After
A short burst of air of about 10 seconds before and after blasting helps keep the feed path clear.

Good to Know
Caution
- A compressor is required and not part of the machine. Confirm the required pressure and dynamic airflow before ordering, and plan to supply walnut media separately.
- Check the nameplate and use a grounded outlet that matches the 110 V or 220 V unit.
- Never blast a port until its valve is closed and unintended paths are isolated.
- Wear goggles, gloves and respiratory protection, ventilate the area and follow the media SDS.
Care
- Keep recovery running and inspect before startup. Reuse recovered media only if the manual and vehicle procedure allow it and the media is still suitable.
